of discharge she didn't examine me.. The next appointment I had seen doctor reynolds
I told him of the problem he found out through the exam I was leaking ambiotic fluid
from the womb I ended up in the hospital. I have heard from hearsay that doctor
feldemier I believe that's how it's spelled she either is or was at the Seton Center
on Carpenter creek.
